Bonpresso Brazilian Sisal Rugs
Our Bonpresso collection is woven in Brazil of 100% sisal. Weaves from this region are relatively less expensive than their European counterparts due in large part to the relative strength of the Dollar in the two regions.
The sisal grown in Brazil is considered second only to East African sisal with slightly shorter fiber lengths and less uniformity in color. Regardless, the weaves in this series are an appropriate, lower-cost alternative to the East-African sisal rugs in our European weaves.
